Neil Negrete
Neil Negrete is an associate attorney of the firm experienced in the postmortem administration of trusts, trust petitions, probate, and estate planning. Prior to joining the firm, Neil has advised trustees with the administration of over a hundred trusts and he has successfully obtained judgements for trust petitions and probates in the following counties: Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, Sacramento, San Diego, San Mateo, and San Bernardino. Neil has substantial experience with drafting estate plans, simple and complex, to help families preserve their wealth and to provide for their loved ones.
Neil is a proud alumnus of University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law, where he graduated with a concentration in intellectual property. Whilst in law school, Neil participated in several student organizations and was the founder of McGeorge Legal Music Society – an organization focused on copyright law, trademark law, entertainment law, licensing agreements, and contracts.
In Neil’s spare time, he can typically be found at your local record store sifting through used vinyl looking for new music to enjoy. Neil also enjoys playing music, writing music, attending concerts, fishing, snorkeling, camping, white water rafting, golfing, shooting hoops, and playing pickleball.
