Ms. Preciado has been a litigator for over 29 years handling trials, appeals, arbitrations, mediations, settlement conferences, extensive law and motion, and discovery, including hundreds of depositions. She has over 29 years’ experience representing and advising a wide range of clients in all aspects of litigation from inception through conclusion through dismissal, verdict, judgment, settlement, and/or disposition through pre-trial motions.
